•       Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your full card details)

Information collected automatically:

•       Anonymous click data (when you visit a practitioner or business website from our platform — we track the click, not who you are)

•       General location data from your IP address (for location-based search)

•       Device type and operating system (for app performance)

App usage analytics (pages viewed, features used — anonymously

•       To comply with legal obligations as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data. Ever.

•       Creating an account requires you to be 18 years of age or older

•       Practitioners and businesses must complete our application and approval process before being listed

•       You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

Blossom Wellness is designed for adults (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at blossomwellnessapp@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Blossom Wellness reviews practitioner and business applications before approving listings. While we make reasonable efforts to verify information provided, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all practitioner or business information.

•       Practitioners and businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their own profiles

•       Individual sessions or consultations with practitioners should be arranged directly and separately

•       Blossom does not book appointments, process client payments, or manage practitioner-client relationships

•       You book and communicate with practitioners directly using the contact information they provide

Have a concern about a practitioner? Contact us immediately at blossomwellnessapp@gmail.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action including profile suspension or removal.

Users are solely responsible for their own health decisions and wellness choices. Blossom Wellness and its partners cannot be held liable for any adverse effects, injuries, or health outcomes resulting from the use of information or connections provided through this platform.

Donations:

Blossom Wellness is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are final and non-refundable once processed. As a tax-exempt nonprofit, donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Supporters will receive an automated receipt for tax purposes. We recommend consulting your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your specific contribution.

Sponsorships:

Sponsorship agreements are partnership investments that include marketing benefits such as logo placement and brand visibility. Because sponsors receive promotional value in exchange for their financial support, sponsorships may not be fully tax-deductible. The tax-deductible portion, if any, will depend on the fair market value of benefits received. We recommend consulting your tax advisor regarding your sponsorship contribution.

Blossom Wellness reserves the right to refuse or refund any donation or sponsorship that does not align with our mission, values, or operational guidelines. In such cases, contributions will be fully refunded within 14 business days.

Recognition:

Both supporters and sponsors may be recognized on our Supporter Recognition Wall and Sponsor Recognition Wall. Recognition is entirely opt-in and you may choose to remain anonymous. You may request to have your name displayed differently than your legal name. Contact us at blossomwellnessapp@gmail.com to update or remove your recognition at any time.

The Blossom Wellness name, logo, 7 Pillars of Wellness framework, and all original content created by Blossom Wellness are protected intellectual property. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our branding or content without written permission.

Practitioners and businesses retain ownership of their own content submitted to the platform. By submitting content, you grant Blossom Wellness a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform.

You agree not to use Blossom Wellness to:

•       Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

•       Harass, threaten, or harm other users or practitioners

•       Violate any applicable laws or regulations

•       Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other user accounts

•       Use the platform for spam or unsolicited commercial communications

Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission

We strive to keep Blossom Wellness available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance or improvements without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossom Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have donated to Blossom Wellness in the past 12 months.

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of Blossom Wellness after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.
